We want you to be completely satisfied with EzyStamp. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. We've tried to keep it simple and fair.
1. Cancellations
You can cancel your EzyStamp subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings โ Billing โ Cancel Subscription. There are no cancellation fees and no forms to fill out.
When you cancel: your subscription will not renew at the next billing date; you retain full access to all features until the end of your current paid billing period; after that, your account moves to a read-only state where you can export your data for 30 days.
2. Free Trial Cancellations
If you cancel during your 14-day free trial, no charge is applied. Your account is deactivated immediately upon cancellation during the trial period.
3. Refund Policy
Monthly plans: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a monthly billing cycle. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the period ends but no refund is issued for the remaining days.
Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan within the first 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction processing fees. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the year.
Exceptional circumstances: If you experience a technical issue caused by EzyStamp that prevents you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a prorated credit or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of the incident.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at billing@ezystamp.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: your registered email address, the date of the charge, the reason for the refund request, and your order/payment reference number. We will respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We cannot redirect refunds to a different payment method or issue them as cash.
6. Disputes
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly at billing@ezystamp.com. We resolve the vast majority of billing concerns quickly and without the need for a formal dispute process.
